Yingzhifu is one of Kunming's leading language schools with over one-thousand students, a teaching staff with approximately twenty staff members from all over the world, and two major departments; one that focuses on oral English and listening and the second one that prepares students for English examinations.

The Center has thirteen classrooms including one big room for 'running around' games and activities, two large classrooms generally used for games and Demonstration classes and a state-of-the-art Dell computer lab with Internet access. There are three major offices; a main office at the front, a smaller office in the back for the Foreign staff, and a third to house the Chinese staff.
