The Foreign Director's main responsibility is to oversee and manage the foreign staff. Duties include, but are not limited to, developing cirriculum, organizing and assigning the work load, handling payroll, negotiating contracts and bonuses with Chinese management as well as managing marketing strategies and foreign teacher recruitment.

Minimum Requirments:  Must be a foreigner from an English speaking country, four year University degree (preferably in Business), minimum 3 years managerial experience, minimum 2 years teaching experience, extensive and stable work experience abroad, Chinese language proficiency, accounting experience, TEFL/TESOL/CELTA preferred.

The Assistant Director is second in command to the Foreign Director. The main duties include training and inducting new staff members, managing teaching quality, handling full-time teaching load, conducting weekend interviews, maintaining staff/management relations.

The Associate Coordinator is responsible for marketing and managing foreign staff. Duties includes recruiting and interviewing qualified teachers, developing marketing material, maintaining company website & computer resources, assisting with managerial decisions and supporting teaching staff.

Minimum Requirments: 4 year college degree, minimum 2 years marketing experience, minimum 1 year teaching experience, Chinese language proficiency,TEFL/TESOL/CELTA preferred
