Reports to: Foreign Director and Assistant Director(s)

Objective of Position: To teach to the highest standards of EFL teaching. Always working to create a positive environment for students and other staff. Always operating in the Center's best interest.

Qualifications and Requirements:
A Yingzhifu teacher must satisfy at least three of the following requirements:
Native Speaker or English Fluency
A Four-Year University Degree
An internationally-recognized TEFL, CELTA, TESOL certificate
One-year EFL teaching experience
Minimum 2-year background in another language other than English
Work or study experience abroad
Chinese Proficiency, highly preferred

Full Time Working Hours and Other Information: Must maintain a minimum of 12 and up to 16 contact teaching hours and 4-6 office hours per week. Schedule can be arranged over a of minimum three days and up to 5.5 days per week by arrangement with the Foreign Director. The teacher is also required to complete administrative duties. Must sign a minimum one-year contract up to one and a half years.
